Company Profile

Established in 1989, Natural Cool Holdings Limited was subsequently listed on Catalist (formerly known as SGXSESDAQ) on 10 May 2006.

We have already carved a name as Singapore’s leading air-conditioning and switchgear specialist and the first to integrate both the switchgear and air-conditioning business segments in the power management and temperature-control of both commercial and residential properties. The synergy from these integrated operations allows us to provide a comprehensive product range and integrated solutions for our customers.

In view of our future expansion, the Group has undergone a re-organisation exercise in 2007 to streamline ouroperations into 3 Strategic Business Divisions:

1) The Air-con Division

i) Retail Installation (i.e. residential households in public and private housing)

• Air-conditioning systems installation services

ii) Commercial Installation (i.e. commercial projects)

• Air-conditioning systems installation services

iii) Servicing Department

• Air-conditioning systems maintenance, repair and replacement services

iv) Trading Department

• Trading of air-conditioning systems, components, and other tools such as electrical drills, drain pumps, screws, bolts and nuts, fasterners and silicon applicators

2) The Switchgear Division

• Tailoring, designing and manufacturing of customised switchgears

• Sales and installation of switchgears

3) The Building Materials Division

• Trading of office and residential furniture

• Trading of structural steel, and angle bars

• Manufacturing of office and residential furniture

• Pre-fabricating of fixtures such as wardrobes and kitchen cabinets for condominium

The Group is headquartered in Singapore and has a total of 15 subsidiaries and a representative office: 8 in Singapore, and 4 in Malaysia, one each in India, Cambodia, the People’s Republic of China and a representative office in Vietnam. Through a series of astute accretive acquisitions we are in the process ofevolving as a “one stop integrated building solution provider.”
