Planning Your Kitchen
Before you start the project, go through some magazines and websites to find something suitable or at least a base to start with. Make a list of things that you like or dislike things that worked and didn’t work and appliances and accessories you long to have.

You might want to visit some appliances stores to get a closer look of the new appliances, bring those brochures back go through carefully. The list of basic appliances and fittings that you’ll need– \
1. Hob – Type to pay some attention, gas or electric, glass or stainless steel, type of utensil used, cooking style.

3. Fridge - Capacity of fridge
4. Sink. – Stainless steel, silicon, moulded, ceramic, porcelain.

1. Oven – but do you bake?

You have now known your appliances and accessories budget. The critically decision is next, Do you really want a new look or have it remodeled? Things can get out of hand if you’re not careful here.
Many things that might be a hidden cost.
1. Have you ever imagine your new kitchen against the old wall tiles?
2. The shape of kitchen cannot be altered much if you decide not to change the floor tiles.
3. Giving a face lift like changing the door, will not help you to your dream kitchen. It will be worst if you plan to modify and keep part of kitchen.
4. Many times during this process endless problem will arise, that might be frustrating.
5. If you are planning to resize your kitchen, Remodeling will not work well.
6. If you are planning to change that shaped, Remodeling will not work either.

Last but not least the execution dates of the project. Ask for a schedule of work, remember if you are living in the house, you might want to get out of it for the initial date during demolition to the masonry work. My usual advise, try to find an alternative place to stay, it’s really uncomfortable. A short holiday might solve the problem.
