Design or Function with a Tight Budget

The thin line for you to decide while planning the interior.

• If my money is limited - I would choose a Nice Tele against a feature wall.
• I would choose a better quality flooring than additional wardrobe. I rather have empty rooms which I can fix later when I need.
• I will not plan my kids room when they are still infants.
• I will choose a good mattress against a design Bedhead, headboard or feature wall.
• I will air condition my living room that have all room air-condition if they are not being use…Air con have to be maintain and use frequently to maintain.
• I will enlarge my Master room when my family is small. (for couples with no children staying in bigger apartment – eventually selling the house…with…why squeeze…in that small bedroom. Try utilized all space.
• I would choose a comfortable range sofa against a full leather expensive sofa, I will not even consider re-upholstering, I rather have a new one instead.
